fcmn is an open-source CLI tool that generates AI agent configurations for your codebase. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through the fcmn website (fcmn.cloud) and CLI tool.
The CLI Tool
The fcmn CLI runs entirely on your local machine. It does not make network requests, send telemetry, or transmit any data. Your code, project structure, and generated configurations never leave your computer. No account or API key is required.
The Website
Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use fcmn.cloud. This data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information.
Waitlist. If you sign up for the waitlist, we collect your email address solely to notify you about product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Data We Don't Collect
We do not read, store, or analyze your source code. We do not collect usage telemetry from the CLI. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use cookies for tracking.
Open Source
fcmn is MIT licensed and fully open source. You can audit the source code at any time to verify our privacy practices. The CLI contains no hidden data collection.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your email from the waitlist at any time. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to be forgotten.
